Which hot water system is best for my home?
It depends on your household size, whether gas is connected, your roof/solar and your priorities. For most Sydney homes a heat pump offers the lowest running costs, but gas or electric can be the better fit in some cases. Use our advisor above or ask us — we'll recommend what genuinely suits you.
How much does a heat pump cost, and are there rebates?
Heat pumps qualify for government rebates (federal STCs plus the NSW Government incentive), which we handle for you — up to $1,650 in rebates on an electric hot water swap, and up to $1,100 on a gas swap. Your exact price depends on the system and install — we give you a clear fixed quote. 0% Brighte finance is also available.
Do you install gas and electric hot water too?
Yes. We install and replace gas (Rinnai, Rheem), electric storage, and solar hot water — not just heat pumps. We'll recommend the right option rather than pushing one system.
How long does installation take?
Most residential replacements are completed in a single visit. We'll confirm timing when we quote and work around you.
What warranty do I get?
You get the manufacturer's warranty on the unit plus our lifetime workmanship guarantee on the installation. Heat pumps installed under the NSW scheme also include a 5-year tank & parts warranty.
Can I finance the cost?
Yes — we offer 0% interest finance through Brighte, so you can spread the cost into manageable repayments, often from $0 upfront.
