Victoria Road, Bellevue Hill

Residential construction

Part of Skico owner Kevin’s personal portfolio, this luxury renovation was featured in Belle magazine. Kevin installed new plumbing systems throughout this new build, including stormwater, sewer, hot and cold water and gas connections. He also fit out all of the luxury bathrooms, kitchens and laundry to an extremely high standard, using the finest fixtures on the market.

Cranbrook Avenue, Bellevue Hill

Residential renovations and maintenance

This renovation project took place after a family recently moved into this heritage-listed home with plans to update it. Skico carried out the plumbing side of these luxury home renovations, including:

• a new master bathroom suite featuring new shower, toilet, basin and bath
• updating fixtures in bathrooms and kitchens throughout the house and granny flat
• maintenance of the gas hot water system and other plumbing fixtures.

We updated the plumbing systems in each apartment in this 12-apartment renovation project, as well as all plumbing for new kitchens and bathrooms.

This project saw us fit out two non-surgical beauty clinics with plumbing systems and amenities.

We worked on this major property renovation, which involved adding a first floor to the existing single storey property. We installed a new plumbing system, gas and stormwater connections, and carried out all plumbing work for the kitchen and three bathrooms.

This complete renovation project sees us install stormwater and sewer connections, update the cold water systems, install a solar hot water system and a stormwater storage system, and carry out all plumbing works on four luxury bathrooms, the kitchen, pantry and laundry.
